Smith Construction’s MUGA installation at Moulsham Infant and Junior School receives recognition from Main Contractor, Morgan Sindall

Being at the forefront of the sports construction industry, Smith Construction pride themselves on providing the highest levels of customer service and workmanship on all projects. This was recognised earlier this week when Moulsham Infant and Junior School, a MUGA project completed in 2015, was awarded recognition by main contractor Morgan Sindall. This recognition, and thus delighting the clients, requires huge commitment from both the main contractor and the supply chain.

The project was a design and build synthetic multi-use games area with associated groundworks and fencing. The MUGA was 61.0m x 43.0m and surfaced with a sand dressed product suitable for multiple sports, with the contract being valued in the region of £180,000. The project was completed in only six weeks and after care maintenance was provided following the completion.

The project has been signed off by all parties involved, against Morgan Sindall’s five customer commitments and Smith Construction has achieved recognition for the excellent delivery and workmanship.
