Small Works

Smith Construction (Heckington) Ltd is a specialist design and civil engineering company  with considerable experience in undertaking external works and estate improvements for Local Authorities, contractors and both commercial and private customers.

These projects include a wide spectrum of works such as roadways, cross overs, hard standings, driveways, footpaths, lay-bys, re-surfacing, surface water drainage schemes, fencing, landscaping, chimney stack and brickwork repairs, general building and maintenance works.

We have completed many external works and general building projects and estate improvement developments, both large and small, on behalf of North Kesteven District Council. We have been their partner, under competitive framework agreements or individually tendered projects within their area for nearly ten years. We are currently in the second year of the latest environmental services framework contract and have recently also successfully completed a series of resurfacing projects for the City of Lincoln Council.

Our team is fully approved by the relevant authorities to undertake vehicle crossovers and sewer connections and we have an ever-increasing number of satisfied domestic customers for whom we have installed, in particular, driveways and verge and footpath crossings.
